Laughter Yoga

Typically practiced in a group setting and led by a trained instructor, laughter yoga centers around breathing techniques, clapping, chanting, and as the name suggests - laughter. Although there is little clinical evidence supporting its benefits, it has been said to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and more.

Having a positive attitude can lower stress, improve symptoms, and help you feel better overall. Laughter has been found to be so helpful that laughter clubs, and laughter yoga are a real thing and exist all over the world. Don't underestimate the power of positivity.
